Biography

Bryan Porter Hinkley is a Boston-based guitarist, vocalist, and songwriter. His music is rock and roll, built on a punk rock foundation. Bryan’s second studio project, “99 SHOTS” will be released May 3rd, 2024.

In addition to recording multiple albums and years of international touring with the Boston punk rock band Tree, Bryan has toured with the bands Gang Green, Clutch, and his first project as a frontman, Never Got Caught.

He’s performed at The Warped Tour, Lollapalooza, The River Rave, Download Festival, CMJ, and SXSW. He’s won multiple awards, including a Clio for best original music in a commercial (Cheerios), a Doobie Award from High Times for best rally band (Tree), and multiple Boston Music Awards.

 

99 SHOTS

 

“99 Shots” was released on May 3rd, 2024. Recorded in January at the Doom Saloon in Maryland, the 7-song album has a classic rock sound with additional elements of punk and jazz scattered throughout. It features Jean-Paul Gaster of Clutch on drums, Chris Brooks of Lionize on Fender Rhodes and organ, and Jay Turner on bass.
