Bryan Porter Hinkley is a Boston-based composer, guitarist, vocalist, and songwriter. His music is primarily rock and roll, with a foundation of punk rock history. Bryan is known for co-founding the band Tree and founding the music house Gratitude Sound. Bryan’s composition work is featured in films, commercials, and network television shows.
In addition to writing and recording multiple albums and years of international touring with Tree, Bryan has toured with the bands Gang Green, Clutch, and Never Got Caught. He’s performed at The Warped Tour, Lollapalooza, The River Rave, Download Festival, CMJ, and SXSW. He’s won multiple awards for music, including a Clio for best original music in a commercial (Cheerios), a Doobie Award from High Times for best rally band (Tree), and multiple Boston Music Awards (Tree/Gratitude Sound).
